The Message Board is a free service for people to find available rooms and flatmates, or to let people know if there is a room spare in your house.

With the recent Housing Benefit changes and the removal of the spare room subsidy, many tenants are looking to rent out their spare rooms in order to share rent costs and this message board is the perfect place to do it.

The vacancies listed on this message board are not necessarily vetted by the council and users are strongly advised not to pay any monies over and to check who the landlord is and check their status before entering into an agreement.
